Job Summary
Ladner Homes Ltd is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing reports
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
