Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Denny's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Provide training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have sufficient stock on hand.
- Manage Staff: Hire, train, and manage a team of food service staff, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and helping us to make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Noisy
- Work Setting: Restaurant
