Restaurant Operations Manager

Tentatsu Japanese Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Analysis: Analyze our restaurant's budget to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.
- Operations Evaluation: Evaluate our daily operations to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to ensure that they align with our restaurant's budget.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and supervise staff.
- Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and manage events to drive sales and revenue.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
