Program Manager, Sales Support Training and Development

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Sales Support Training and Development to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Development team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative training solutions that meet the needs of our sales support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized virtual and in-person classroom training programs
- Develop and maintain new program offerings as needed
- Liaise with external vendors and Training and Development colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions
- Project-manage logistical requirements for training sessions, including sending meeting notices and invitations, booking meeting rooms, and organizing logistics
- Create and maintain training materials, including online courses
- Proactively partner with Branch Directors and Branch Operations Managers to understand learning needs of their teams and track database and recommend areas where potential development may be needed
Requirements
- Deep understanding of RBC Dominion Securities business and culture
- At least 3 years' experience preferably in the roles you will be supporting
