Program Manager, Sales Support Training and Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Sales Support Training and Development to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering innovative training solutions, including the design and delivery of customized virtual and in-person classroom offerings, resource materials, and timely production.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain new program offerings as needed
- Liaise with external vendors who provide additional resources to program participants
- Liaise with Training & Development colleagues as subject matter experts on professional development best practices
- Project-manage all logistical requirements for training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery
- Create and maintain training materials as required
- Maintain certain online courses
- Proactively partner with Branch Directors and Branch Operations Managers to understand learning needs and track database recommendations
- Deep understanding of RBC Dominion Securities business and culture
- At least 3 years' experience preferably in the roles being supported
