Program Manager, Sales Support Training and Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager, Sales Support Training and Development to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Development team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative training solutions that meet the needs of our Sales Support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver customized virtual and in-person classroom training programs for Sales Support teams
- Develop and maintain new program offerings as needed
- Liaise with external vendors to provide additional resources to program participants
- Collaborate with Training and Development colleagues to leverage best practices and tools
- Project-manage logistical requirements for training sessions, including meeting notices, room bookings, and pre-work materials
- Create and maintain training materials as required
- Maintain online courses and track database recommendations for potential development needs
- Deep understanding of RBC Dominion Securities business and culture
- At least 3 years' experience in Sales Support roles
- Innovative growth mindset and excellent communication skills
