Program Manager, Sales Support Training and Development

As a Program Manager, Sales Support Training and Development, you will play a key role in delivering innovative training solutions that drive business results. You will be responsible for designing and delivering customized virtual and in-person classroom offerings, as well as developing and maintaining new program offerings as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of sales support teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and subject matter experts
- Project-manage logistical requirements for training sessions, including meeting notices, invitations, and room bookings
- Create and maintain training materials, including online courses
- Partner with branch directors and operations managers to understand learning needs and track development opportunities
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of RBC Dominion Securities business and culture
- At least 3 years' experience in sales support roles
- Innovative growth mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to pivot and evolve with changing priorities
