">Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Clinical Research Network Expansion to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our leadership, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our patient-enrollment and late-stage clinical trial capabilities by establishing a robust network of investigator and patient sites using the WELL Health network of primary care and specialty clinics.
">Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and expand a network of wholly owned investigator sites to support patient trials across multiple therapeutic areas.">
- Establish and maintain partnerships with high-quality research institutions, investigators, and clinical sites to ensure readiness and capacity for patient enrollment.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify ideal sites based on study protocol requirements and geographic strategy.">
- Develop and manage processes for site support, training, and performance monitoring, ensuring consistency with trial protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory standards.">
Qualifications
">· Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field required; advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in clinical research, health sciences, or related discipline preferred.
">· Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical trial management, with at least 8 years in patient enrollment and late-stage (Phase III/IV) clinical trials.
">· Proven experience in building and managing clinical networks or large-scale site operations; prior experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
">Salary and Benefits
">This position offers a competitive base salary ($120,000 - $180,000 per year) and restricted stock units package.
