We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Finning. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue growth and profitability targets, maintaining long-term relationships with customers, and providing optimal solutions to customers inclusive of their equipment, parts, and service needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets by developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, internal departments, and staff by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Understand customers' economic models and develop timely deal strategies to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and current client information using Finning's Sales Support software.
  • Provide optimal solutions to customers inclusive of their equipment, parts, and service needs.
  • Forecast new equipment sales and achieve budget revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry is an asset.
  • 3-5+ years of Sales Management or Account Management experience, with knowledge of service operations.
  • Strong knowledge of products and services related to the General Construction industry (Compact Construction Equipment and Building Construction Products).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expert persuasion skills and the ability to captivate an audience during presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team.

Earning Potential

The earning potential for this role is $110,000-$135,000, which includes base plus targeted commission.
