Pattar Transport Logistics Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Pattar Transport. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless transportation and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit accurate reports to management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
