Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Demand For HR. As a key member of our Direct to Consumer Channel, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to customers and providing exceptional service to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Understand customer insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Quote and sell insurance home and auto policies
- Assist new customers with their insurance needs and provide ongoing support
- Service existing customers by updating their policies and providing new products as required
- Drive customer retention by delivering a world-class customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on underwriting and regulatory guidelines
- College diploma or university degree
- Sales and customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with ability to match products to customer needs
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize work
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software applications
We offer a competitive base salary starting at $50,000, up to 10% annual bonus, 4 weeks of vacation annually (pro-rated to start date), pension, RSP program, flexible benefits, and the opportunity to participate in discounted products and wellness programs.
