We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating them on our products, and helping them achieve their insurance goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet marketing goals and increase revenue.
- Work closely with the agent to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- 2+ years of sales experience in property and casualty insurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License.
