We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at Cheryl Moulton Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their insurance goals and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and grow our client base.
- Work closely with our team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.
- OTL/RIBO Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- LLQP/Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
- Product/ sales experience (required).
- College diploma in a related field an asset.
- Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Farsi, Canotonese or Mandarin speaking an asset
- LLQP or OTL/RIBO license an asset.
