Construction Site Manager

Shahi Drywall Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit production reports to management
- Coordinate and schedule activities with contractors and suppliers
- Oversee apprenticeship training and development programs
- Recruit and hire workers, and manage staffing actions
- Estimate costs and materials for projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Lead and instruct individuals to ensure project success
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will work on various construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings. You will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions and may be exposed to hazardous materials.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
