Construction Site Manager

Shahi Drywall Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our projects, from preparation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Management: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects, oversee apprenticeship training, and recruit and hire workers as needed.
- Cost Management: Estimate costs and materials, and manage company resources to maintain profitability.
- Communication: Read blueprints and drawings, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and lead/instruct individuals to ensure project success.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks.
