Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Shahi Drywall Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on site progress, including daily logs, weekly reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Materials and Equipment: Oversee the ordering and management of materials and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available on site.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction staff.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as health and safety regulations.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
