Construction Site Manager

Shahi Drywall Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on site progress, including daily logs, weekly reports, and other documentation as required.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards, and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction staff.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as health and safety procedures.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
