We are a vibrant and busy organization seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the President's operational role. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of clerical, administrative and financial tasks.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced C-Suite Assistant to join our dynamic team and utilize their expertise to drive success. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role and reside on Vancouver Island.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete a wide range of clerical, administrative and financial tasks as required by the President.
  • Judgement, discretion and understanding of confidentiality are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite is required.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this position are Tuesday through Friday.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and other perks.
