Job Overview

This role supports the Executive Team and Board of Directors in various administrative tasks, ensuring effective delivery, execution, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with senior managers and boards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing confidential administrative support to the Executive Team, including preparing materials for meetings, proofreading documents, and coordinating policies.

  • Supporting cross-departmental projects, scheduling meetings, and drafting reports.

  • Maintaining office facilities, space planning, and providing internal customer service.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma in business administration or similar field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, working directly for a senior manager.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience working with boards of directors and event management is an asset.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Pacifica Housing offers a competitive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage, life insurance, RRSP matching, and wellness time.
