Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at True Color Display Printing Ltd. as a permanent employee.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, ensuring timely completion and quality output
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents with precision and speed
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, maintaining confidentiality and security
  • Send and receive messages effectively, adhering to company protocols and procedures
  • Prepare and format page presentation, showcasing creativity and visual appeal
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits accurately and within deadlines
  • Provide general information to clients and the public, demonstrating excellent oral communication skills
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing efficiently
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring optimal levels and organization
  • Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity
  • Organize and schedule office work, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance and financial responsibility
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining confidentiality and integrity
RequirementsTechnical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Word, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
  • Familiarity with electronic mail and other digital tools

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, along with free parking and a 35-40 hour workweek.
