Job Summary

The Office Administrator role at THE FUN FACTORY SASKATOON INC is an excellent opportunity to utilize your organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced administrative environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Coordinate office procedures and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory controls
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet visitors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office
