Bakery Manager

Tandoori Haveli Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances to ensure their safety and satisfaction.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
