Bakery Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to join our team at DOABA SWEETS AND SNACKS INC. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a bakery, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement recipes, menus, and production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote our products and increase sales.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure the bakery's financial performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a bakery or food service management role.
  • Proven track record of managing staff, inventory, and production.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
