Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Team Member to join our team at Kin Kin Bakery & Bubble Tea. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting and testing baked goods.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Customer Service: Prepare special orders and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 team members to ensure smooth operation of the bakery.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, reliability, and a team player attitude.

- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
