About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Rejoice Logistics (Canada) Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  2. Lead a team of senior managers and directors to achieve organizational objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
  4. Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance and risk management.
  5. Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  6. Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the organization's success.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in operations management. They will also have a strong track record of leadership, strategic planning, and team development.
