About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Rejoice Logistics (Canada) Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to align business strategies with company goals
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish and maintain high standards of operational performance
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive compliance and quality
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to inform business decisions
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Human Resources
    • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business growth
    • Manage and develop a high-performing team of middle managers and directors
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent management programs
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
    • Communicate business strategies and objectives to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or logistics
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior operations or leadership role
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results
