Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Execution

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Rejoice Logistics (Canada) Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Leadership and Team ManagementLead and manage a team of senior staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
Financial ManagementOversee the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
Operational ExcellenceDrive operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement, implementing process changes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Skills and QualificationsStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
