About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Planning Specialist to join our team at Vancity. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization, enabling an efficient and seamless service experience for internal customers.
  • Support project initiation and planning of capital projects by coordinating the completion of key activities, processing invoice payments, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Support implementation of organizational design standards by documenting and communicating design guidelines and specifications.
  • Manage updates on Office Space tool, including technical issue follow up and reporting.
  • Provide support for Corporate Space Plan.
  • Provide administrative support, process invoices, take meeting minutes, and provide calendar support for the Director.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $56,500 to $84,700, with a mid-point of $70,600. We value lived experience and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
