About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Service Associate to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Sales Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas.
  • Merchandise products to the sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
