Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents. You will work closely with our team to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular security patrols of assigned areas to prevent and detect security breaches.
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
- Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Minimum one year of experience in a security-related role.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
- COVID Double Vaccination.
- Customer Service Experience.
