Gogo excavating & contracting ltd is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. They will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, coordinating office services, and supervising a team of 5-10 people.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, as well as project management software and database software. They will also have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will have access to free parking and other benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Supervising a team of 5-10 people
  • Ensuring excellent oral communication skills, being organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure
