Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and answer telephone and electronic enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multitask, and possess excellent organizational skills. They will also have the ability to accurately compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and arranging travel and related itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
