Job Title: Office Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Freshslice Pizza. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
