Job Title: Freight Forwarding Technician

Novalink Logistics Inc is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and performing routine clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Provide customer service
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
