Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator to join our team at International Fastline Forwarding Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports

  • Organize warehouse and work areas
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  • Project management
  • Provide customer service
  • Coordinate, assign and review work
  • Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures

Work Environment
