Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
