Job Summary

An experienced Solutions Deployment Expert is required to manage the onboarding process of SMB customers onto the Docebo platform. This role will sit within the Professional Services team and be responsible for overseeing multiple Service Engagement types for various clients.

About This Opportunity

This position involves working closely with Help Desk Specialists and Customer Account Managers to ensure that Docebo customers receive excellent support throughout their journey with our company. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, business analysis expertise, and a keen understanding of IT service implementation and delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring seamless customer experiences;
  • Collaborate with customers to establish Success Criteria and track progress over time;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive implementation schedules to meet client objectives;
  • Document and share Service Engagement project activities across Customer Success departments;
  • Facilitate the creation of functional/technical specifications to meet client requirements during implementation;
  • Configure specifications as needed to meet client needs;
  • Identify, quantify, and communicate risks internally and externally;
  • Oversee ongoing implementation, project documentation, and ensure projects stay within utilization and budget targets;

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Implementation Specialist, Project Management, or Technical Consulting role;
  • Strong project management and business analysis skills;
  • Experience working with clients in the Mid Market space;
  • Knowledge of programming languages and ETL data migration services;
  • Familiarity with the E-Learning/Learning Management industry preferred;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience;
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time;
