Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, order office supplies, and manage inventory.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The working language for this position is English.
