Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Golden Bins Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
  • Respond to electronic enquiries and provide timely support
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service areas
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sales
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
