About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Golden Bins Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our retail team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide ongoing support.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Setting

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a retail establishment.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
