Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Golden Bins Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries and provide timely support to customers.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients after sales to offer ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
