Director, Human Resources

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team as the Director, Human Resources. This key role will be responsible for leading our Talent Management programs, fostering a connected corporate culture, and providing HR support to our senior leadership team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Culture: Collaborate with the HR team to maintain and enhance our corporate culture, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Human Resources Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing our comprehensive HR strategy, aligning with our business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Drive training strategies for all Associates, focusing on best practices, content, and agile delivery.
  • DEIB and Succession Planning: Enhance our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and lead succession planning to ensure a smooth transition in key roles.
  • Alignment and Compliance: Establish and implement a consistent approach to employment records, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Develop exceptional sourcing, recruitment, recognition, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure outstanding customer experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in various HR areas, including people management and agile learning delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with strategic business needs.
  • Excellent English and French verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong personal leadership qualities, with a solid understanding of business operations.
  • Forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to positively influence and drive organizational change.
