We are seeking a visionary HR Leader to join our team as the Director, Human Resources. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to lead our Learning and Development Team and HR Business Partners, while driving organizational success through People.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Talent Management programs to attract, retain, and promote Associates, ensuring their engagement and performance.
  • Provide HR support to the senior leadership team in core HR fundamentals, including employment records, labor laws, and complaint resolution.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a connected corporate culture and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Drive training strategies for all Associates, including best practices, content, and agile delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate, cultivate, maintain, and acquire talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Implement succession plans to ensure a smooth transition in key roles and provide growth opportunities for high-potential individual contributors and people leaders.
Requirements:
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in various HR areas, including people management and agile learning delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business needs.
  • Excellent English and French verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong personal leadership qualities, business acumen, and analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to positively influence and drive organizational change, partnering with senior leaders and building relationships with Associates at all levels.
