About the Role

We are currently seeking a Technical Service Representative to join our retail team in Lethbridge, AB. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at our service desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an amazing customer experience by providing top-notch technical support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide delivery and installation services for customers in their homes, ensuring seamless product setup and maintenance.
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment to ensure they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
  • Cultivate an inclusive team environment and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have the physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
  • A successful completion of a criminal background check is also required.
  • We are looking for someone with enthusiasm to support and assist our customers and flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
