Sales and Marketing Ambassador

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Brand Momentum. This exciting opportunity will involve representing our brand at retail sampling events, interacting with customers, and promoting our products in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their queries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Event Execution: Set up and manage sampling events, including the display table, sampling area, and food pairing items.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports of sales, customer interactions, and event metrics.
Requirements:
- Certification: Must be PRO SERVE certified or willing to obtain it before the shift.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of previous brand ambassador or relevant experience necessary.
- Skills: Experience working on sampling or tasting programs, outgoing and proactive personality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
