About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at AEO. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, representing our brand values and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Utilize the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, providing personalized assistance and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of AE & Aerie products, enabling you to make informed product suggestions and educate guests on product details.
  • Brand Advocacy: Share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests, fostering a loyal customer base.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in various store zones, including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Integrity: Uphold AEO's policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.

  • Availability: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet guest shopping needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a passion for AE and Aerie products and a basic understanding of retail operations.
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 16 years of age.
