Job Title: Program Manager Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager Senior to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a Program Manager Senior, you will be responsible for leading complex programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including senior management, teams, and clients.
  • Lead presentations and meetings to ensure program success and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project schedules, resource plans, and risk registers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Minimum + years of experience in program management, preferably in the public sector.
  • Proven track record of leading complex programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, teams, and clients.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a solid understanding of program scope, management, and operations.
  • Knowledge of Public Sector I&IT standards and best practices for project management.
  • Experience with Public Sector Health-related projects and programs.
