Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Programs to join our team at AmerisourceBergen. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our programs to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of program managers to ensure successful program execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare, or science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in program management, with a focus on business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
