Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, manage office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
