Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Zeid Enterprises Co. Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and organizing daily operations, and training staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the workflow and ensure seamless communication among team members
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Train and support new staff members in their roles
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant parties
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide timely updates
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Maintain and manage digital databases and records
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
